Having worked as an Executive in the Security Industry, Ntsoaki Kortjass quickly found her passion for the protection and risk management industry. The past few years, she embarked on intensive research into the industries processes, context and content, which have given her insights into the workings of a security business, and the ability to form the blueprint for her own security company.
She founded Tsoabelo Security Solutions with the objective to making a significant and meaningful contribution in bringing a positive effect in the security industry, and to achieving the underlying motives and values for security procurement. She further strives to commit to an uplifting ethos that promotes social economic change and progress amongst previously disadvantaged people in our country, by alleviating unemployment, promoting compliance, developing skills and retaining existing employment opportunities.
